The under-21 beach volleyball teams from Nigeria have qualified for the 2017 FIVB Beach Volleyball Under-21 World Championships. The games will be happening in Nanjing in China from June 13 to June 18, 2017.
During the qualifications, the female Nigerian team took home first place in the female category, while the male team took home second place from their category.
The NVBF president guaranteed that the Federation would now go on to prepare the teams for the world championships as he said, “Now is the time to start to prepare for the world championships, and we will start from today to put in place all that we need to prepare the teams.”
