The construction of the Eko Champagne Tower has gotten to the 32nd floor. The focus this year will be on completing the internal wall and partitions in preparation for delivery in December 2017.
The Eko Champagne Tower comprises 31 residential floors with 4 apartments on each floor from the 1st to the 24th floor, in addition to a technical floor, a ground floor, and a basement floor. The Royal Apartments are located from the 24th to the 30th floor. The tower also includes a private health club, meeting room, and lounge.
